Freedom Moms at the Park

Motherhood is hard so don't do it alone. We are starting a group for moms starting January 13th. We will meet at Morningside Park every Monday at 9:30 am. This group offers a welcoming space for moms to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful friendships in a supportive environment. It's a chance to combat loneliness and isolation by meeting other women who understand the unique challenges of motherhood. Whether you're looking for advice, a laugh, or just a break, this group provides a refreshing opportunity to recharge.
